New Year’s Eve!

As the New Year’s Eve is approaching, we spent all day preparing the dinner!

Some friends of ours will join us at home on 31st evening and we’ll have good time, good wine and fine food waiting to say “hello!” to the new year.

13 is a lucky number in Italy, so the 2013 will be a very good year 🙂

celery and basil (basis of Italian cuisine)

green beans and potatoes “sformato” with creamy “caprino” cheese

“soffritto” ready to be cooked for “lenticchie”!
